What kind of Whey Protein is the best for muscle building?
I just bought Soy Protein 95 but then I read all these articles about how Soy can be bad for men can raise estrogen levels and lower testosterone in men over long periods of use. I don’t want man boobs.
Soy does not raise estrogen and/or lower testosterone.(read the newer studies) Soy is very slow, though. Whey protein is faster and works better for muscle recovery and building muscles.
Soy would be something you’d use some time before bed that works while you sleep.
And to your question, soy is not “whey”. There is only one kind of whey protein, and that is the protein powder that is made out of whey.
