Tough job, wears out my muscles, mass building supplements?

I just started a new job which includes alot of lifting and heavy manual labor loading and unloading equipment from trucks. I come home worn out and was wondering if anybody had any recommendations of protein shakes or mass builder or even creatine, any kind of supplements that will help my sore muscles but at the same time take advantage of the heavy lifting i am doing and use it to build mass. Basically, since I am working my muscles so hard, I would like to use the work out and a supplement to get big. Thanks for any input!
