how to Build Muscle/ lose fat/use supplements?
i am trying to get into shape. right now i am about 5’11 240lbs and wear a size 40 waist. looking to cut about 5 inches from waist, and lose 25 lbs. i have been working out for awhile and am trying to turn the size that i got into muscle. i dont want to just lose weight. i want t lose weight around waist and keep the size and build up the muscles. what are best workouts. should i lift heavy/light, should i do lots of reps. what type of exercise. what kind of cardio should i do. shuld i take ay protien, creatine, or other supplement to enhance results. i am about 30 years old.
When you lose weight, you will lose it from all over your body. There is no way to lose it solely from your waist area. If you do 30 minutes of cardio a day then this will help you burn fat. Try activities like playing a sport, using the elliptical/rower/bike/treadmill at the gym, swimming, running or jogging.
