Building Muscle Without Weights

how can i exercise without Building Muscle?
i would like to lose 20 pounds, but i don’t know how to lose that weight without building muscle. some suggestions of exercises at the gym would be nice since i already go there a few times a week. also some diet plans would be helpful! : )

It is nearly impossible to exercise and not Build Muscle….that is one of the main reasons people exercise. You WANT muscle, every extra pound of muscle you build will burnt fat for you even when you are sitting.
Now I understand that you don’t want to be bulky looking, that is easy to avoid. Keep up on the cardo, at least 30 minutes each time you work out. Do moderate Weight Lifting, the key to being toned and not bulky is light weights, three sets of 15 reps.
Don’t freak out when you jump on te scale…too many people do this!! It’s just a number, and should not matter. What matters is the inches you lose from your body and how you feel about yourself. I’m saying this because muscle weighs 4 times as much as fat because it is denser.
Drink lots of water, don’t eat junk food, fast food; watch you intake of complex carbs, sugars and wheat. Eat lots of protein, you need it for an active body and it will make you feel fuller long. Ditch the packaged foods and make real meals for yourself.
There are many many resources on the Internet for exercises and lots with pictures that help make it clear. Also the staff at your gym are there to show you how to use equipment properly, ask them to show you an exercise that would work a certain part of you body that you want to improve.
