Getting Fit Without A Gym

Whats the best way to get fit, without going to a gym?
The great outdoors is pretty good for walking/jogging.
If you haven’t got the confidence to head outside, then use your own home. If you’ve got the money you can buy equipment like exercise bike, or go a bit cheaper and get a trampette, exercise ball, step, or if you want to do it even more cheaply, I’d go for exercise DVDs. You can get some really cheap ones on Amazon, ebay, Play, etc. Go for Rosemary Conley for an all over aerobic workout. She does shorter workouts (about 30 mins) if you haven’t got much time, or you can combine 2 for a longer workout. She also demonstrates different levels, so you can work at your own pace. Joanna Hall’s latest DVD is also pretty good and Nell McAndrews are good but much harder and quite repetitive. Personally I also think it’s best to get a new one every month or so just so you don’t get bored and keep a bit of variety in your regime.
