How can I Build Muscle fast?

K well I’m 14 almost 15, and i weight about 120-125. So obviously I am skinny. So how can I build muscle (visual results) and also at the same time Gain Muscle weight (if that makes sense.) Also is it better when using weights to do more reps with less weight or less reps with more weight?

I know how you feel, i was once really skinny and was desperate to get big fast. Now i don’t want to disappoint you, but there is no way To Build Muscle Fast, unless you use roids(don’t do that).
Gyming takes time, its a fact. But you can do things to ensure you put on some consistent muscle.

Now with us skinny guys, less is more when you in the gym. Don’t be in the gym for like 2 hours, try keep it under 1 hour, also very important thing that most beginners do, which i also did. That is to only gym each muscle group once a week, so you wil gym chest once a week, arms once a week ect.

Diet is very important as well, if you skinny you got a fast metabolism so you need to eat eat and eat some more, you must definitely take protein shakes too, to help with your protein intake.
Take mega mass 4000, i have just started using it and it is great stuff, i guarantee you will see results with this shake.
