How To Make Muscles Fast

How can i make back muscles fast? ?
I am skinny, tall, 170-180cm but only 54-55kg, which is too skinny. i don’t like it so i try to make my muscles bigger just to look better, skinny but buff looks good as well. i got this bone sticking out at my back, and i never had liked it. so i really need back muscles to cover it out, i want to know how to grow it without weights and all that where i can just do at home.
The bone you are reffering to is your scapula, or shoulder blade, I’m guessing. I have the same thing as you, mine are rather big, and being skinny, it looks even more obvious. lol I have been training with weights for 17 years now, so my back is kinda thick with muscle, and that helps to make the scapula look a little smaller. But still, you would need to train with heavy weights to build enough muscle to do this. Training at home without weights just won’t do the trick, unfortunately.
If you want to get some weights, or join a gym, exercises such as seated cable rows, shrugs, deadlifts, barbell rows, upright rows, lat pulldowns, etc.. will do the job well. Pick 4 exercises, do 3 sets of each, with between 8-12 reps. Pick a weight heavy enough to do between 8 and 12 reps only. If you can do more, you need to increase the weight. Doing your back twice a week is enough.
