One can start with exercises. It is a tested and proven way to earn the muscles as well as strength. Cardio exercises can first be done. In this way, one can burn the fat. Walking, running and jogging are the best examples of cardio exercises.

After which, you can focus on muscle building. It is better to schedule your exercises. You can focus on building arm muscles on this day, then cardio on the next day. After which you can focus on your legs then knees. It depends upon you on what you think would be best for you. It is still your decision on what muscle groups to focus. If you are hesitant on your scheduling and exercise program, seek the help of an instructor if necessary.

Make sure that you rest after your training. Exhausting your muscles would not do you any better. It is better if there is somebody who can help you with it. Correct your mistakes, guide you in your routine and motivate you as well. Aside from exercises, diet would also play a major role. Since you are building muscles, you need a lot of carbohydrates and protein. Eat a lot of chicken breast, fish, eggs for your protein needs. Whey Protein helps in repairing and restoring muscles. Eat small frequent feedings instead of large ones.

These are just some ways in how to gain muscle and strength. There are a lot more things to do in order to develop muscle and strength. Make sure that you have a variety of exercises, change your program every four weeks in order for your weight training to be more successful.
