Stop Performing after Ten Repetitions

Your slow-twitch muscle fibers are those with the least opportunity for Muscle Growth. Those are the muscles that you are challenging when you are going beyond ten reps when lifting weights. Being a hard gainer, it’s critical that you involve the maximum amount of muscles fibers in each set. Stop the set at ten reps. The fastest way to Gain Weight And Muscle mass is to get into heavy lifting for each single set and single exercise. Use heavy weights and never do more than ten reps.

Shorten Your Workout Time

By shortening your workout time, but increasing the amount that you do in that shortened time, you will have increased your work capacity, which is defined as the number of sets, reps, and weight in your workout. Next time you exercise, try to do the same exercises, but in less time than previously. Take shorter rest periods. Go from one exercise to the next more rapidly. You’ll notice how quickly you’ll feel out of shape. Shortening your work time in this manner is one of the fastest ways to gain muscle mass. You’ll be operating at a totally new and challenging level.

Perform Only One Exercise per Muscle Group

Let’s imagine you at a typical day at the gym exercising your chest muscles. First, you do a bench press set with 185 pounds, next you do a set with 205 pounds, followed by a set using 225 pounds, and ending with a set using 245 pounds. If we assume that that is your maximum weight for the desired number of sets, we can assume further that you have involved the maximum number of muscle fibers. Even though you may think that you know how to gain muscle mass fast, what you’re actually doing is exhausting your muscles, not encouraging new growth. With a new different assault or exercise, your body will be forced to meet the new need for muscle, and respond with muscle growth to handle the new demands upon it.

Limit Yourself to Three to Five Sets per Muscle Group

As a hard gainer, you must remember that in order to Build Muscle quickly, you have to follow a new set of rules: perform the first two sets at 85% maximum effort, the third set at 95% maximal effort, and the final sets at 100% maximal effort. It is the 100% effort set that makes the major contribution to muscle growth. It’s the fastest way to gain muscle mass. Any effort beyond this is simply exhausting muscle and can be self-defeating. In the last set, you should do one or two extra reps or add another five to ten pounds more weight than the previous workout.

Increased Your Strength by 5% Every Two Weeks

Now that you know how to gain muscle weight fast, don’t put in all the effort needed to succeed, and then fail to record your progress. You’ll never Grow Muscle if you use the same weights on each workout. Your body needs the increased stress in order to grow. Challenge it more and it will respond with new muscle growth. Try to increase your strength by a minimum of five percent every two weeks. You will notice a change, especially in the large muscle groups like the back and the legs muscles. If you perform as suggested above, you’ll have mastered the secret of How To Build Muscle Fast. You’ll be markedly stronger in six months than would have been possible using your old methods.
